Does anybody have a command line?

I am trying to implement a command line in my processing program, if anybody has any working code for a command line or any suggestion on what I should do. PLEASE COMMENT!!! I really need the help

what kind of command line do you have in mind? 1) accessing and executing commands from the command line? 2) or having a one line textfield input while running your sketch?

1) have a look at this post communication-between-external-process-and-processing-sketch

2) have a look at controlP5's textfield example or create your own textfield following this post how-to-create-a-simple-text-editor

I am trying to have a one line text field input within my sketch. the idea is to command the program from within
