Hi, i was wondering if anybody have implemented a way of calculating fractal dimension in processing?

Im particulary interested in box counting dimension.

It explains how to calculate the Hausdorff Dimension of a fractal. In the case of a Koch Snowflake it can be calculated like this (in the tutorial):

float hausdorff = log(4)/log(3);

Yes, but i was asking about box counting method, this method is useful for calculating fractal dimension of images.

You need to create a matrix and count how many cells in the matrix collide with your image and then you collect the sums for each value and create a linear regresion of those point generating a line.
