Hello Forum!
This is my first post, so be friendly with me...
The forum helped me a lot with my problems, but now I have a problem where no discussion on the forum exist.
I plan to make a prog that processes me Images to DXF-Files wich i can use on my CNC-Router.
Background: I have many old plans from RC-Sailplanes that i want to Digitize and some of them i want to build.
The Process now: Scanning the plan, stitching the photos, import the photo in a CAD System and draw the lines by hand witch i can export to my Mill.
The Process with the Processing-Prog: Scanning the Plan, stitching the photos, load the stitched photo in my Processing Prog which will do black-magic and export me a DXF of the photo.
There are some prog's out there which can do, but they are expensive...
With "black-magic" is ment that the Processing Prog will find the Objects in the photo like ribs etc and make a closed-polyline round them. In a photo there are multiple objects, so the prog has to do this many times (like objects in the photo are).
Does anyone have made smiliar to this?
Do you have other ideas how i could make this?
cheers ste.mue
