Definitely not only processing. But they maybe used processing or a similar software to generate the visuals.

but as you can see its always just a part of the video. There is a lot of post production probably using software like after effects, etc...

Some of it looks like 3d point clouds, that is the effect in radioheads video. You can generated 3d point clouds yourself by using structured light scanning:  http://www.instructables.com/id/Structured-Light-3D-Scanning/ +  http://code.google.com/p/structured-light/. There is also this processing app that is a port of the output end of point cloud rendering to processing:  http://www.sembler.co.uk/project_gold/goldprocessing/
