Debugging Processing

Does anyone know if there is anyway to debug processing properly? By this I do not mean using write line but setting break points and examining variables as for example you would do with C# in Visual Studio? I have tried the processing addin for Eclipse but it does not seem to allow break points to be set? Thanks for any help that you can provide.

I believe the authors are working on a proper debugger in the PDE, although I don't know how it goes...
I don't know the Processing addin for Eclipse, but in this environment, to my knowledge, you do just plain Java code, so you should be able to add break points, advance step by step, examine variables, and so on. Maybe look at a tutorial on Eclipse (beside the one given in the Processing site itself).
