The output of the tool is perfect, very beautiful and well done. But I find it´ll be nice to preview the colors you´re setting: I can preview only the second color nor first nor last: that issue truncates the functionality of the tool. You might clarify the color qualities associated to each axis also.
Anyway, congratulations, really good work!

Strange,

I´ve browsed it with Firefox on W7.

(I have to say, first, my firefox is somehow dying, with strange a behaviour related to the JVM)

In brief:
When I go into the webpage I see everything ok. When I try to pick up a color I cannot preview what I´m doing, I only a see an emerald/turquoise line projected onto the coordinate system. I see I´m fixing the height of a box, but I don´t know what does it mean. Now I can set the y-dimension of the box and I can preview I´m changing the hue of a color between fixed limits. And at last I set the x, and I see again the emerald-turquoise line, thus again I don´t know what I ´m doing. Then the really nice nested boxes appear with the hex info.
The whole process is enjoyable, because the output has been carefully crafted but I don´t know how to use it properly! :-)
It seems I have problems with buttons also (sometimes they don´t work).
Does that make sense or it´s my browser dying? ;-)
