Copy my screen, turn it... etc

Hello, i'm a begineer in Processing and i need some help for a programme

(Sorry for my english, i'm french).

The problem is like, when i want to find something about this type of operation, i just find nothing about copying a screen, but everything about camera, webcam etc.

So, i need to divide the screen of my computer like this (yes a little bit weird), but that's for a prism experience, in art (yes, more space, sorry^^)

I don't think that there's anything already out there like this...

You're probably going to need to use pixels[] and write a formula to rotate a triangular region of the screen.
I can't help you much more than that, though...

How exactly does that line up?

And just to copy the screen into a window? it can be the beginning no?

No. Trying to get an image of what is already displayed on your computer is a real trick.

If you don't really need to display what's already on your screen, don't try it!

You'll want to search the forums for "transparent window".

You'll also have problems trying to rotate each of those four parts around.

Draw a happy face on a sheet of paper, cut it into four triangles, and try it yourself.

ok, now use rotate and scale and translate together with pushMatrix and popMatrix to show it.

Do this 4 times.

A starting point with screen capture and masking. I haven't managed to mask the rotated images, but I will go back to it later.

Yep, that's good, but it only makes capture screen no?

I need a video stream from the screen, i will see if i can do it with opencv...
