I've created a slideshow, and now I want to find a way to save that slideshow, possibly in video format?

I suggest to start by reading the forum descriptions. Processing Implementations is not for what you think (whatever it can be!).

And, well, look at the Video library coming with Processing.

depends on your environment,

what i usually is add the following line to the end of draw:

saveFrame( "out/####.png" );

this will give you an image sequence,

then there are plenty of tools to convert image sequences to movies.

either you use ffmpeg (just google for "ffmpeg convert images to video"),

or if you have quicktime 7 just use file > load image sequence, then file > export movie.
