It appears that the developer team has moved everything over to the new system. To install a contributed library, you must have some version of 2.0 (2.0b1 is the latest) and go to Sketch > Import Library > Add Library. Here, you can view and download libraries individually.

calsign, should the here world has a link? If so, it is missing... Where the libraries are gone?

Agreed, this is very inconvenient since only a very small selection of libraries has been made 2.0-ready yet. So at this moment there is no way to find contributed libraries. However I am assuming there is a reason why the whole page has been removed. Presumably because something different and better is in the works...

Until this is changed, you can view an archived version of the libraries page here: http://web.archive.org/web/20110623044318/http://processing.org/reference/libraries/ which shows all the libraries as they were a year ago anyway.

The worst part is that the bottom of the libraries page says
