constant growth in time

I try to have the object on the z axe constantly growing in time.

does anyone have any suggestions?

You can store its z value in a variable:

float z = 0.0f;

and at each draw you can make it grow :

void draw () {

z += 0.01f;

}

You can also make it grow according to time, I personally prefer that :

int lastMillis = 0;

void draw () {

z += (float)(millis()-lastMillis)/100.0f;

lastMillis = millis();

}
