Closing G4P Windows and Menus

Hi,
I'm using the G4P library. Want to open a spearate window and put a number of Serial Port options on screen, once the selections are made, be able to close that sub window. Done it for the main window and it works like a treat, but really not ideal.
How do I close a GWindow?
There is a good demo for opening G4P Windows but nothing for closing them.
http://www.lagers.org.uk/g4p/applets/g4p_windowsstarter/index.html The normal window Exit also seems to be disabled. Can only close the extra windows by closing the main window.
Ideally being able to launch the sub window from a menu option would be nice. Am I right in say there is nothing done in the libraries for creating menu's?
The sort of menu typical of a standard PC application. I've played with JFrame JAVA way but that seems to remove me from Processing a bit too much. If I understood more it probably wouldnt matter, but I'm pleased with the fact that I'm starting to get my head around Classes and what they can do. Complicating that with direct JAVA stuff throws me at this stage.
Thanks
Stefan
