Check Gmail status from Processing

Hi!
I have a quite simple question. I want to check how many new messages are in my Gmail inbox. I found a code that does that in Java ( http://www.lalitmehta.com/home/2007/09/17/how-to-check-gmail-rssatom-feed/ ), but I don't know how it can be modified to work with processing. If anyone has ever done something like this please let me know.

Well, it is probably just matter of repeating the given imports, then putting in setup() the code in the main() method. You need to drop the ROME library's jar on the PDE to get it working.

Well I tried that before but I get this error when I try to run it:
"The type org.jdom.Document cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files."
And it highlights this line:

SyndFeed feed = input.build(new XmlReader(httpcon));

I see. ROME has a dependency on JDOM. They mention it but fail to provide a link to it (it is well known, but explicit links are better). So you need to add the JDOM jar as well.

Thank you! Adding JDOM solved my problem.
