Cannot find why framerate() doesn't work

When I use the following...

framerate(int(frames=map(mouseX, 0, width, 0.2, 8)));

I am referred to the wiki to see what changed in its use.

I have hunted hi and lo to no avail.

Will somebody please point me in the right direction.

[EDIT] Interestingly I fell for this because 'framerate' still shows up blue.

That's a bug in recent versions of Processing, the color highlight is case insensitive, which doesn't help beginners...
