Can't get NyARToolKit recognised

I downloaded version 1.3.1
from sourceforge
Uncompressed and put in my libraries folder in the standard way (I'm not new to processing):
But when I start up Processing, it won't recognize the library. Neither NyAR4psg nor jp.nyatla.nyar4psg can be found from the Library Manager
The examples don't show from File>Examples
Running the any of the examples from the Finder gives me an error:
No library found for jp.nyatla.nyar4psg
What am I doing wrong?
I'm running:
Processing 2.0b7
Mac OS 10.7.5
NYArtToolkit for Processing 1.3.1
