I'm workimg on an sketch to draw some mamushkas. 

I'm starting by making one and then will be upgrading my sketch. I'm taking inspiration out of this image:

I'm having some trouble to draw the hair. I think I could do it with curve or bezier vertez but don't know how to calculate the vertex. Can you helpe me?

The ellipse that makes the heas in my sketch is:
