Yeah, the build instructions page is largely outdated. The only thing that matters is what's at the (again ) top of the page.

I did it on winXP, but I will share my experiences, perhaps it may help. You will need a JDK installed and Ant installed. According to the page "On Mac OS X, you'll have ant as long as the dev tools are already installed." I have no mac, but perhaps you can use a terminal to test you have ant by typing "ant -version". If you have JDK and Ant, go to the subdirectory [yourDownloadedTrunk]\processing\build. There will be a file build.xml of about 21 KB. In that directory just type "ant" and it will create a "work" directory with all the directories and files that are in an official processing download, except processing.exe. I just copied processing.exe from 1.5.1 and everything worked fine.

Cool, that works, but I need to install the ANDROID_SDK otherwise I get an error at the end of the process, will do and report back alter

Hey guys, I just install the Android SDK, I open the manager and install all sort of stuff, and I even install the Eclipse plugin, when I run the Processing IDE and try to switch to Android it didnt find the SDK so I click OK and tell it where is was everything is fine BUT whe I try to build from the SVN I go to the build folder in terminal and run ant it gives an error because it says the Android SDK is not install, so what do I need to do?
