Audio output as digital analog output?!

Hello, i wanted to ask if it is in any way possible to use the audio output as a digital analog output...
I was trying to do a project today with an arduino, for which i bassically only need 2 analog outputs, i tried the arduino but i was having trouble with the 490Hz of the pwm outputs, so i thought, since i don't really need it to be on the arduino specifically, i could also (assuming it is possible), just write the code for processing (probably wouldn't have to change much :)), and use the audio output (with some amplifier) as an output.. Is it maybe possible to set a analog value/voltage for the audio output with some library like minim or so?!
Thank you very much!
