Here's one way of storing info in a 'multi-dimensional' array - this example has space for 10 items each with 4 pieces of info (the 'final int' values at the start just indicate which index holds what - I could have written myArray[0][0]) = 77 but myArray[0][XAXIS]=77 makes it clearer ...

You may use PVector for that. You get some extra builtin methods. You can have an array of them.
