When I wanna find something, I press <CTRL> + <F> and type in the initial letters.
Every browser got that finding feature. 

Nevertheless, an alpha sorted API list is useful as well. 
Also, an HTML version of it would be better though.

I took your wonderful work (open source world that we live in!), downloaded it, alphabetized your index list, added your screen name to the title page, and then exported the whole thing as a .pdf file.

I have put it on my server and added a link on my reference page.
