AI-File Export Problem

Dear community,
I’am trying to export an .ai-file including some lines of text with the great IgnoCodeLib. It basically works. But the problem:
Illustrator displays some special charakters like »ü« or »ä« in this way: »√º« or »√§«. What can I do?
An idea?
