First: Where can I find something that allows me to track the information I consume on the internet? {it seems impossible to me that this code is not already written somewhere} 

Second: How do I send the data read to Processing and then to the arduino? 

I need a code (or application) that allows me to count the times I open a link related to: arts - science - society, by tracking words related to those subjects. 100 words per topic. For example: "arts" includes the words like "painting", "illustration" and "design". I get the number of links opened in "arts" in Processing and this data must be introduced to an arduino. The arduino must send the order to open and close valves.
