In general you could do rain with a arraylist where you put drops in randomly which fall.

Maybe with a small trail and a small angle.

You could draw them as pixels or short lines with an angle or as sphere.

When they hit the ground, they disappear.

But rain slows down program very much.


Maybe could do a picture of rain that looks like 3D and you put that in your landscape - make it a little transparent.
