3d rotation logic problem.

I have got problem with rotation.
I have got simple cube and I would like to rotate it.
I want to use global axis.
I wrote code and I have problem.

When I have different rotation value(in each axis) it doesn't work good.
Sometimes it looks like rotation x is ok, someties it looks like it would be local rotation, sometimes it rotate absolutely crappy.
I do not want to download full apache library but probably I will not have choice .
Function in the end of topic doesn't work properly and because of apply matrix is extremally slow.
Maybe something change recently in that topic.
