3D plotter?

I'm looking for a 3D plotter like this:

But I don't need the data points to be moving, or the gradient, and I need to use my own data to make points (or mini cubes, whichever...)

Also, I would like to be able to change the color of 'repeated' points (points that have the same XYZ values), so I can know they are repeated.

Does anyone have anything like it?

You know, I'd start with something simple in 2D. That way you'd see what was happening more easily (things can be a bit confusing in 3D) and you can try out ideas and iron out problems first.

Post some code when you've got going - then we can see how you're approaching this - and we'll help out.
