With GlGraphic use the OffScreen Rendering technique. 
Call an GLGraphicsOffScreen variable (ie. GLGraphicsOffScreen blabla;).
Code your stuff with blabla (ie. blabla.rect(2,2,2,2);)
Inside your draw function, use the texture of your offscreen value (ie. image (blabla.getOffscreen().getTexture(), x y);)

Unlike a 3D application there is no existing 'scene' in Processing that can be re-rendered from different perspectives as such (of course you can hold things in memory, but that's different). However it is possible to change the camera position and re-draw the same 'scene' once more. But now from a different viewpoint. You could do this as often as you like. See the example below, which draws the same stuff from three different camera views. In this case over each other, but you get the point.

Incorporating a PGraphic in the drawStuff function would keep the different scenes seperated image-wise and it would be easier to switch/mix/place them as needed like in the GLGraphicsOffScreen example.
