After watching for at least a half hour I must say this, you've done some excellent work in creating a captivating world.

I have two suggestions for future work. The first would be an option for a user controlled camera, I'd recommend panning based on the position of the mouse, so variable speeds can be achieved to watch different classes of boids.

Another suggestion that would take a bit more work would be for the blue boids to search for the protection of yellow boids.

Change it or leave it as is, I love what you've done.
