Most everyone in this forum would be happy to help you but you have to propose an idea or have a problem to fix. What are you going to do with the Kinect?

hi thank you for your responces, sorry for being so vague. I'm new to this so please bear with me.
At the moment I am having trouble setting up the Kinect and Processing. I have been on the pages you posted above, for Open Kinect and I tried downloading the software and libraries. They didnt work. I also tried OpenNI, OpenNI Nite and Simple open NI as I am using windows. I'm not sure where it is I'm going wrong?

I have followed the instructions and it just never seems to set up right. The drivers for the Kinect install fine, but when I try to use any of the libraries with processing I get errors?

It may be a case where I am not following a step correctly or I am missing something but parts of the instructions seem very complicated, are these instructions anywhere else in a more dumbed down tutorial?
