I thought about making a 3D-marble track.
With a 3D track as in
How to make a rolling marble? If it's like a waterball and rolling, it needs a texture.
Can I use a physics engine to take care for gravity and curves the marble follows?
How does the marble detect a curve or hole ahead? Would it be via what track is displayed on screen or
rather by an internal data representation that contains the 3D-track and the marble-coordinates?
